Jim Schroeder, the Iowa District West Gift Planning Counselor is recognized by the LCMS Foundation for his terrific accomplishments in his IDW Gift Planning position.  He has exceeded his goals in the number of completed gift plans, the number of congregations interested in having a congregational gift planning process, number of new or rejuvenated congregational endowment funds, and the total number of gifts to church ministries.  Terry Gerdts, LCMS Foundation Sr. Vice President Gift Planning Services, states “Jim has been our premier leader in the Transfer the Blessings Gift Planning program. He is working with more congregations than any other District and is one of the top leaders in engaging God’s people to complete the Gift Plan God has placed in their hearts.”  Thank you Jim for serving the church in completing the mission of the Great Commission through this special Gift Planning ministry.
